I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can be your authentic self and receive the support you are looking for.

I love supporting folks in gaining insights into their journey of life so far, and what they would like this journey to look like in the future. We can discover blocks and patterns which may be impacting your life satisfaction, relationships, authenticity, growth, and more.  This is a place to feel accepted, heard, and seen. We will work together to foster self-awareness, gain deeper insight into the past and present, connect to and understand your emotions, and feel more at home in your physical body.


We will shine light on abandoned, rejected and lost aspects of yourself and learn to befriend and care for these parts of yourself. We will strengthen secure attachment from within, as well as from outside. We will increase awareness of the outer influences in our lives such as white supremacy, patriarchy, capitalism and their impact on our inner and outer worlds. We will incorporate the body into therapy to support the mind-body connection and move stuck energy through the body.

All work is focused on reconnecting with Self.

I work with individuals of various ages, cultures, religions, sexual orientations & relationship types. Whether you are new to exploring counselling or have previous experience working with a counsellor - I am here for you.
