Creative Visions for the New Year
Healing in Community

A time & space....

to intentionally go inward.

to reflect, integrate, and envision.

to care for yourself with gentleness, curiosity and creativity.

to connect more deeply with your Self, and others.

to be inspired by your human journey and the journey of those around you.

"Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time."

– Thomas Merton

The group will start with introductions, intention setting, getting connected to our breath, body and present moment. We will spend time reflecting on the past and future and then.. we will all create! I will provide some recommendations and guidance, and you are also free to follow your own inner wisdom. Please bring a big piece of paper, multiple types of magazines and any materials you can collage with (newspapers, old books, photos, etc), a glue stick, and optional: markers, paints, stamps, pencil crayons, or anything else that inspires you. Please set up with LOTS of space: on a big table or maybe the floor! Bring your journal or paper and something to write with, a cup of tea, a snack, some tissues, anything that will help you set up your space and feel comfortable. After our time to create, we finish with a sharing circle to reflect on the process and learn from each each others experiences.

I love the practice of vision boarding and would be honoured to share this practice with you! Whether you have created a vision board before, have no art experience, or are somewhere in-between: You are welcome! No experience necessary.
