I’m Candice — I'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), somatic therapist, and intuitive energy healer.

In this work, we are not “fixing” you — we are reconnecting you to the parts of yourself you learned to disconnect from in order to be safe, accepted, or loved.

 

Rather than simply managing symptoms or talking in circles, our focus is on healing the root — the patterns of self-doubt, over-functioning, performing, people-pleasing, or shutting down that create pain in your body, relationships, and life.

We listen to your body. We listen to your energy.
We listen to the deeper intelligence inside you.

What does a session with me actually look like?

every session is unique — because we are always honouring where you are on your journey.

Together, we move slowly, gently, intentionally.

We start by orienting to what’s alive for you right now — what’s happening in your body, nervous system, emotions, thoughts, and relational field. From there, we follow the threads that want attention.

Our general session flow typically looks like:

• we begin by landing into the body + nervous system
• we explore what’s present for you that day (emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually)
• we track what shows up in real time — sensations, thoughts, patterns, protective parts
• we follow the thread of where your body and energy actually want to go
• we integrate what shifts — so you can leave feeling more clear, more regulated, more you


And, depending on what you’re needing that day, our work may include:

• a safe space to talk - to explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and gain insight and clarity
• somatic/body-based attunement + nervous system tracking
• guided imagery and visualization
• inner child + parts work
• energy healing + clearing 
• embodiment practices (breath, gentle movement, grounding)
• mindfulness + nervous system regulation practices
• journaling prompts + integration practices between sessions

Every session is customized to what your system is ready for — never forced, never pushed — always collaborative, attuned, and paced in a way that is supportive.
