Theta Healing is a powerful technique that uses meditation and the theta brainwave state to create deep change with our subconscious beliefs.

A Theta Healing session can typically look and feel like a conversation or talk therapy session, but both the client and practitioner have their eyes closed. During the session the Theta Healing practitioner is holding a theta frequency and connecting to higher wisdom to guide the session.
